The temazcal is a sacred purification ritual. It represents a return to the womb of Mother Earth — a space of silence, warmth and deep transformation. Entering the temazcal, a person symbolically leaves the outer world and immerses in their inner space. Darkness, steam and the beat of drums create an environment where intuition and awareness naturally open.

Hot stones, heated by fire, carry the energy of the Earth and Sun. When doused with water, steam arises — the breath of life, which purifies not only the body but also the mind and soul.
